Very few states regulate the outdoor public areas that contain blood and matter. It is very common to see the fire department hose down large pools of blood pushing it into the sidewalk, or grass area where children play.

We are not just cleaning the scenes of unfortunate events; we are ensuring that those who come in contact with the scene at a later date are safe. When cleaned incorrectly, a homicide scene can present major liability to a property or business owner. Tenants or employees who become sick due to an improperly cleaned crime scene can raise legal issues down the road.
